Morten Elvang (Managing Partner, Contributor). Morten holds an MSc and PhD from the Technical University of Denmark. He works with large teams and organizations to get things done. Formerly European Lead of Business Agility at a global consulting firm, and with leadership roles in larger organizations, Morten blends strategy, agility, and hands-on execution. An empathetic mix of theory and practice, and a frequent speaker and trained facilitator, he helps organizations see the edge of what’s possible – and make it happen.

Kristian Haugaard (Partner, Contributor). Kristian brings more than 15 years of experience as a change agent, advisor, facilitator and (agile) coach, primarily within enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
