PATTERNS OF WORK
Most organizations create order before people act. Patterns of Work turns that around: make the work observable enough to see when things no longer add up — and correct while acting.
It starts from a simple idea: work creates an organization of its own. Instead of forcing work to fit the organization, make the work, its dependencies and its strategic reasoning readable. Integrate where choices become consequential. Observe what happens. Correct while there is still time.
The aim is an organization where people have freedom to perform and opportunity to contribute — without losing the ability to act together.

Strategy must be lived
Strategy is what lets people act together without being told exactly what to do. But in a world that outruns its own plans, strategy can no longer be decided once and handed down. It has to be lived — made visible, tested against reality, and changed when something better becomes possible.
